Irving Friends and Neighbors,
From my decades as a fire fighter to founding Bear Creek Community Church and leading it as Pastor, my life has been defined by serving the community around me. I have a deeply held belief that we all have a part to play in helping our community and the people within it be the best it can be. Service to others is my life's passion, which is why I'm excited to be running for re-election as your Place 8 Council Member for the City of Irving!
During my time on Council, I've strived to make Irving the city that residents deserve. As your voice on Council, I've advocated to reduce the property tax rate, support our first responders, prioritize investment in repairing crumbling streets quicker, and proactively combat homelessness with long-term solutions that connect people with the support and resources they need to get on their feet.
There's no doubt that we have more work to do. But, together as Irving residents and stakeholders, I know we can rise to every challenge and achieve every new height we aim to soar. As your Council Member, I'll always be that advocate for you, for ALL of Irving, to be recognized and provided the attention they deserve.
I hope to earn your support. Early voting is April 22 through April 30. Election Day is Saturday, May 4th.
